Smitha Gopal is the COO at EcoMap. Before that, she was CEO of Rendia, a Baltimore-based medical software company that PatientPoint acquired in October 2022. Rendia’s video platform helps over 8,000 doctors connect with their patients, leading to better care. Earlier in her career, Smitha worked at a boutique investment bank. She’s got an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a BS in Finance from the University of Virginia. Smitha’s also actively involved in her local ecosystem – she’s a trustee at the Baltimore Museum of Industry, on The Leadership board, and on the Middle Grades Partnership board.
