The Ecosystem Chatbot is a key engagement tool to serve our range of clients which include small business owners, startup entrepreneurs, personal finance clients and home ownership clients. The Chatbot doesn’t replace our consultants and program managers. Instead, it is reducing the amount of time that my direct reports and others have to take answering basic questions. We get about 5000 email inquiries annually – so anything that makes us more efficient can lead to cost savings and allows us to redirect our resources to deepening engagement.
